DIVISIONS
The Office of Highway Safety is a Division of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security. We have no divisions under us. We do however provide grant funds to law enforcement agencies and to two individuals from the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension Program who are our Community Traffic Safety Program Coordinators. They conduct traffic safety programming at the local level, and are considered extensions of the OHS staff.
